I understand that we want to make sure we bring awareness to the victimization of my people, but people we have to do more than come up with catchy phrases and change our profile pics. We all know what we need to do, now we just have to do it. Pool our funds, support black owned businesses, police our own neighborhoods, make connections to our family overseas, get aware of ourselves, and so on and so on. So let's' do this, because the when the babies become adults they can not and should not have to go through the things we are going through and have gone through. We are created to defy the odds, because we are an extension of God. Everything is possible, and we look good while doing it. Peace Gods and Goddesses.

Does anyone cook with liquid aminos instead of soy sauce?  My husband and I are weary of soy because it is an estrogenoid, so when I read about using liquid aminos instead of soy sauce I thought we were golden.  The only problem was that the liquid aminos in the store were SOY aminos!  However, we found coconut liquid aminos in a health food grocer.  It is so amazing, and kicks soy sauce's butt twice in a row.  The best marinade base you will ever use!!

Although I AM a new member, if i may be so bold and say that this site is NOTHING like MessyBOOK or the rest of social platforms that mingle with COONERY and keep you tuned with confusion, it is to inform and enlighten and bring US back together, it might seem plain and not " poppin " enough, but it is what YOU make it, im fed up with being a part of the problem, it takes a MAN to STAND and GREATNESS to STAND for something WORTHY.
