Description 45 years ago, Dock Ellis pitched a no hitter on acid. Took a hit at 12PM and made it to the stadium an hour before the game. He said at one point he thought Hendrix was at the plate with a guitar in hand. He also wore hair curlers and made the MLB commissioner furious. Dude might be the realist, and craziest human to throw a pair of cleats on. He also fought for the black players to get paid more in free agency and a lot of real sh-t nobody was doing back then.
