Description Good morning to all, going out for a jog in a few, attempted to get off my diabetes meds but Doc says not so fast, we will have to ween me off as I have made some progress but I am not there yet.  All I can do is work out a little longer and continue with my diet change. Gotta run...lol no pun intended hahaha
