Description This is the great Ahmose-Nefertari. She was co-founder of the glorious 18th dynasty of Kmt, nearly 3600 years ago. She may have been the most beloved and venerated woman in ancient times. Before Nefertiti and Cleopatra and even Queen Tiye she sister was deified during her very lifetime. I took this photo in the Neues Museum in Berlin. Undeniably Black! Unmistakably African!!!
