Description If you drink tea or coffee do you use sugar to sweeten?... I stopped using sugar years ago in my tea. I started to use raw honey, then only lemons now I use no sweetner at all! I thought I couldn't get used to drinking w/o some form of sweetner but my taste buds have gotten use to it! Over the years I have cut back on sugar so much if I eat something sweet I don't like it!
