One of the weapons in our arsenal is "integration". Yes, I said it. Now before you boo and jeer my argument is that integration is a two way street. It can be exploited from both directions. The difference is that white people are good at finding ways to exploit. We have some sort of inner fairness button that we constantly press whenever we feel oppressed. So how can we use integration to our advantage? Well here's the thing. Most black people have an aversion to the police. We don't trust them. We have little reason to trust them. Why? Because they're mostly seen as "them"... "the enemy". When integration started to happen there was a big backlash from whites because they hadn't yet learned to use their money as a means of segregation. They hadn't yet moved out of the cities and so if we were going to their schools then our education was on par with theirs.
That was a big no no for them strategically. Integration has helped a lot of black people depending on how they use it to their advantage. On one hand there is "assimilation" which means you convert to being just like the dominant culture such as you lose your own identity. But then there's another way of blending in. It's called "Infiltration". In wars governments don't simply use soldiers. Too many of us have the basic foot soldier mentality. Governments also use spies and agents to infiltrate the enemy. What is the goal? To bring back information that they can use, possibly other things. Without integration we would have very little access to technology and other things that give us an advantage against black people living in other countries. We don't even understand why they think we suck. They think we suck because we're not using the advantages and opportunities that they see all around us. The truth is that if we have a problem with the police we should systematically replace them with.... "us".
There's no rules against massive numbers of black people joining the police force. We've seen a lot of black police chiefs and people in high positions and we end up at odds with these people instead of that old saying "if you can't beat them, join them." What does that mean? That sounds like selling out? But it's not selling out if you are buying in. What I mean by that is that you use and exploit their willingness to include black people and you use the position they give you to your community's advantage. Are they going to tell you where to go and encourage you to pull over more minorities? Probably. But an undercover cop, like a spy, has to play the part until they get into a position where they can strike. So yes, many black cops are sellouts. However, they can also be future assets. If we flood the police departments with applications we would put ourselves in a better position to police ourselves and police white people with their own authority. That's what I mean by "integration" as a weapon. Infiltrate and take their power. This is more radical and brave then trying to kill them because I guarantee for each cop that is killed because of racism, cops will recruit 3 racists to take their place. And they'll be more openly racist because that will become the front lines of the race war. But if we can get behind those enemy lines we can then attack from multiple sides. And that's military strategy.
