Hello family! Hope all is well. Just wanted give an update on health. I'm doing better I should be released from under doctors care 1/7/17. This has been a real eye opener for me. Does anyone have any natural remedies for blood clotting? I've been on here short visits from time to time but you should be hearing from me a little more now☺

About Me I'm the mother of two-very dedicated mother. I currently work as Assistant Director of The 180 Program. A youth behavioral program (after-school/summer camp). As to spirituality I'm a free-thinker. It's my desire to educate myself, my kids, and anyone I come across in regards to the knowledge of our people. I'm still learning myself so I observe a lot. I have a love for all people but especially my people African Americans. I would love to see my people unify, respect, and love each other more so that we can be the strong and unstoppable race we were destined to be. It's a lot of things going on in this world but I desire PEACE and HAPPINESS! ♡
