As for the fight for Reparations: I have a legal background and I agree that the case can and should be made against the US for crimes against humanity in the international UN court, after winning in that forum then the US may be sued for Constitutional Civil Rights violations. However, the International court will only hear charges against a country brought by another country. Therefore, getting a documented African country from which Afrikans were captured and enslaved and brought to America to bring the charge is our challenge. Finding forebears of Africans forcibly made slaves with documentation may prove another challenge and preparing arguments for those without documentation of lineage dating back to a "slave" will be an additional challenge. But, then anything worth having is certainly worth fighting for. So step one. What Afrikan Nation may we approach that was a known place from which Afrikans were kidnapped and brought to US and made slave, that will be sensitive and supportive of this effort. And, will bring charges in the UN international court, with, of course the support of our legal team to aid and lead in research and document preparation?
