What do you think should be given in terms of reparations?

  Here's some of what I want:
  
  1. People who are 50% or more black DNA.
  2. Property tax exemption.
  3. Program to help us acquire property.
  4. Some type of financial help for higher education.
  5. Protective laws, sovereignty.
  6. Program for business loans.
  7. Land and funds for farming.
  
  Please add what you think.

  I believe money and land should be given to each Africa American who can prove their descent to be one more than likely mired in slavery.  We should finally receive our 40 acres and a mule at the MINIMUM.
