We are very excited to announce that our sister and Global Partner in trade will be in Columbus, Ohio May 3-13.
We have a host of activities planned during her stay.
April 10-11 her daughter will be graduating from OSU. Mana Kanu has expressed that she would love for her Columbus Family to plan to attend.
We are scheduling a workshop called A Taste of the Diaspora: Sierra Leone. Mama Kanu will bring spices, coffee, and other produce with her to share opportunities for trade in Sierra Leone. She will also delight us by showing us ways to enjoy and prepare Afrikan cuisine.
On our tour we will also be at Upper Cup Coffee House, where you can learn more about investing in the coffee business.
Included also on the tour is old Maryland Ave school owned by Baba Bashir.
