Anti-HAstV-2 Neutralizing Antibody

The product is a recombinant monoclonal antibody targeting Astrovirus 2. Produced using recombinant technology, with variable regions from hybridoma-specific PL-2. The antibody binds to the surface of HAstV-2 virus, which is composed of viral capsid proteins. The antibody binds to a conformation-dependent quaternary epitope on both sides of the dimeric capsid spikes. The HAstV-2 strains (HAstV-2-Oxford, -RIVMa, -RIVMb, and -RIVMc) exhibit resistance to neutralization by the antibody.
