The computer might cost you $150 to $300. I don't know the specific cost of these cheap computers via the public libraries. Realistically, the welfare system is designed to starve to death all Black American slave descendants, who cannot or will not integrate, accommodate, assimilate, or miscegenation. The welfare system only pays recipients enough money to eat poor quality, processed food and live in cardboard boxes.
