The conviction of Bill Cosby has got me thinking about how powerful, wealthy people oppress, exploit, and victimize impoverished Black American slave descendants and evade convictions for their racially motivated civil rights, human rights, and criminal violations for years. It is because of judicial nullification and jury nullification allows them to evade responsibility and accountability for their violations against impoverished Black American slave descendants. Racist white, immigrant, and black jurors nullify the civil and human rights of Black Americans on a regular basis. They vote against facts, logic, and the law to ensure impoverished Black American slave descendants are sent to prison not for their crimes but for being born black and refusing to assimilate as the racist African-American bourgeoisie has done. They ensure Black American victims never receive justice by nullifying every law that says Black Americans are entitled to equality and freedom. Since none of the other races and etnicities are following the rule of law, facts, or logic in jury trails, there is no reason why impoverished Black American slaves should follow the rules either. Those other races are nullifying your civil and human rights for freedom and equality, by "voting their conscience." Therefore laws that says we are free are not enforced. Laws that says it is illegal to terminate someone's employment for complaining about workplace race discrimination are never enforced and rarely make it to trial. Black American slave descendants need to put themselves on juries and "vote their conscience" to guarantee justice for victims of hate crimes and racial discrimination. I am not in any way telling Black American jurors to vote unfairly. I would never allow a Black American defendant to walk free form an alleged crime just because the person is Black American. However, I may consider that the Black American defendant had no other options but to commit a crime to attain justice denied by government agencies, politicians, and government employees, to survive poverty, to survive injustice, to survive racial oppression, to survive employment discrimination, to survive crimes committed by powerful, wealthy, racist people, to defend one's life and family's lives, or save another person's life and thus, deserves a "not guilty" verdict. Was that person under psychological duress or was intimidated or threatened by powerful, wealthy, racist people? That may cause me to let an alleged criminal walk free with a "not guilty" vote. Not because the person is Black American, but to ensure justice was served. Used ethically, jury nullification and "voting one's conscience" can guarantee justice and equality. But as we observe the justice system's treatment of Black American defendants and victims, we can see that the other races as well as racist blacks are using nullification and "voting one's conscience" to maintain de facto racial slavery for impoverished Black American slave descendants and genocidal public policies against Black American slave descendants. I am saying the other races are abusing judicial and jury nullification to maintain de fact racial slavery for Black Americans and continued genocide against Black Americans, so we are forced to fight back in the same way that they do in order to guarantee justice for both Black American victims and defendants. If you have reason to believe that the victim was intimidated by the more powerful and wealthy defendants from reporting crimes and pursuing civil trials, you must "vote your conscience" and help that Black American victim attain justice against his/her oppressors. If you have reason to believe that evidence was tampered with, intentionally destroyed, intentionally erased, or even stolen to keep the victim from going to trial, then you must "vote your conscience" to make sure that Black American victims of racially motivated criminal, civil, and human violations attains justice against his/her oppressors. A good hacker or the NSA in general can turn your cell phone or computer cameras and microphones on and off without your knowing. I have already heard that Google gives the U.S. government a back door into our accounts. We can only expect the same form Facebook's Portal. People will social network through a monitor with facial recognition in their homes and the NSA will record everything. This is a surveillance device. Developing Black owned or Black American owned technology is just as important as food independence. Anything we do on Facebook is being tracked and monitored. So many of us are operating on enemy territory and HTN is right here. It doesn't make any logical sense to organize a Black Lives Matter movement and get mad when whites want to join it and control it. Blacks are using their white owned networks in an attempt to protest against whites, who control and finance it. They feel it is their right to intrude on any social movement we put on Facebook. Sepp Holzer is Austrian and speaks German, if I recall correctly, and he uses biodiversity to his advantage in organic farming. He also digs ponds for aquaculture as well. According to the three documentaries, if we farm in harmony with nature, we will enrich the soil and work less to grow an abundance of crops for self-sufficiency and for sale. He uses composting and raised beds in his farming practices. He does not depend on giant farming equipment, so he leaves less of a carbon footprint in terms of greenhouse gases and fossil fuels. He scatters a mix of seeds together to keep the plants and soil healthy. There isn't a row or a field of lettuce here and a row or field of cabbages there. The crop is mixed. Different things will grow next to each other. According to the documentary, cultivating a single crop makes the soil less fertile, requiring the expense of fertilizers and pesticides, but if you grow several crops together, there will be no need for fertilizers and pesticides, because no one species of plant or pest will dominate or threaten the crop. I think he said one-third of the crops goes to humans, one-third to farmed animals, and one-third to wild animals who eat at the edge of the property. I don't recall exactly, but the point is not all of the crop was meant to go to a grocery store or the dinner table. Some was left to wild or domesticated animals. I think he even said he grows crops around the perimeter of the property, so wild animals will eat the things they like and not eat the crops that humans like. The reason why I am sharing this is to motivate Black Americans to build a nationwide organization exclusively for Black Americans, because we can pool our money together and take control of our own food supply. Other races control our food supply; therefore, they control our minds and behaviors as a group. If we want to liberate ourselves from economic and psychological enslavement, we must organize on a national scale to produce things like food, clean water, clothing, housing, and transportation, because the Black Democrats you empower with your votes every electron will not do these things for you. I believe there are six million Black Americans between 18 and 64, living below the poverty line. Yet, those with a job and supposedly living above the poverty line can also live pay check to pay check. They are like a pay check away from being homeless or hungry even with a job. Voting for Black Democrats will not break that cycle of poverty. So, why vote for Blacks, who give you slavery and genocide in return for your votes? Why sit back and complain about the way things are when the Black house slaves many of you may be voting for won't help you, but hurt you? We have to break with tradition and do something new. If any of you don't like other races controlling us, please consider my ideas on making a national group of one million to six million Black Americans to pool our money together and to produce and control our basic necessities of life. If you don't like my ideas, please present your own. We need to debate and push on each other until we meet in the middle. I have created polls in HTN to inspire debate over these things. Please ask yourselves if the way things are now, are actually working to our benefit as Black Americans. Or, ask yourselves whether if what you or others are doing right now as an individuals or as grassroots organizations, making a dent in our social, economic, and political status in the USA. Is what you or others in grassroots organizations succeeding in your goals for Black Americans? Or, is what you or grassroots organizations are currently doing, only beneficial for yourselves as self-appointed leaders and your exclusive, network of friends, community partners, and family members? At the end of the day, middle-classed and poor Blacks end up spending a majority if not 100 percent of our welfare and pay checks go into the hands of racist whites, immigrants, and black house slaves, who control our food supply and can retaliate at any time. If we protest as group in the streets or as an individual in the courts, they will raise store prices on us, raise the rents to evict us, or employ their massive networks to blacklist us from employment, the courts, legal representation, health care, and social services. If your grassroots organizations have not eradicated the threat of retaliation from our oppressors and have not created a nationwide self-sufficient Black American economy, then maybe, your grassroots organization needs to try something new. Maybe we need to think and do something big. Please watch the Sepp Holzer's Permaculture documentaries if you can get Kanopy from your local library. We were put to work on Native American soil as farmers against our will. We have the potential to create healthy organic food just like Sepp Holzer, but we can't do it by ourselves. We need millions of Black Americans involved and not one of us have all the answers, so let's use the diversity of specialized knowledge within our own population of Black Americans, who want to liberate ourselves from postmodern racial slavery. Tiny Black American grassroots organizations need to come together into one big, nationwide organization. We have very little money as individuals, but we have millions of potential laborers to put to work on a farm or some other project and those same millions can consume whatever they produce, creating self-sufficiency for those, who want to be free of racial slavery and genocide. #food, #farm, #farming, #permaculture, #freedom, #liberation, #socialcontrol, #foodsupply, #blacks, #blackamericans, #economics, #enslavedconsumers. less

He made a nasty comment about me, tagged my name or something, then, blocked me so I couldn't defend myself or ask this person what it is that I wrote that made him think that I was attacking him. That is so evil and cowardly. I am so disappointed with this Black male, because he sounded as though he was threatening me. I am promoting Black American unity and taking actions to solve our problems and I have "friend-ed" a bunch of strangers, who like to post articles about Blacks and about racism, but they are unwilling to strategize with other Black people in making our situation better in this country. They point out the problems, blame the Black victims of racism, then throw up their hands in helplessness, and, for some, give the problem to god to solve. I was raised in a Christian home and I had a grandmother, who said, "god helps those, who helps themselves." This sounds practical since none of us can scientifically prove our god's existence. It is like I "friend-ed" a group of Blacks, who want to complain, do nothing about it, and then hate me, because I am presenting actual solutions. I don't get it! They have this woe is me or woe are we attitude. Rather than consider the solutions I am suggesting, they either blame the descendants of Black American slavery for their poverty, unemployment, welfare dependence, self-destructive behaviors, and crime rather than blame the perpetrators, who brought Black Americans here. If a Black person is presenting solutions to our problems, why is he/she a bad person? Their responses to me are not for Black Americans gaining freedom; it is like they are against it or afraid to pursue liberation. However, now that I think about it, it makes total sense in the culture of slavery and the slave mentality. There were slaves, who seized their chance to runaway from slavery, genocide, and oppression; there were slaves, who were happy to stay in bondage or afraid to leave their masters.
