Are they in a position to help themselves? I don't trust the Black African bourgeoisie with their own people in the same way I don't trust the African-American bourgeoisie here in the U.S. I have heard of African royalty taking white wives and ruling their people while they live in Europe. I recall one of my British college professors saying years ago that professor and author, Kwame Anthony Appiah, is half-white and descended from African royalty. I recall from the news or from college classes that many African countries are in debt to foreign countries and I don't know the reasons why. Why would African countries owe Europe anything? Other Blacks, who were oppressed, enslaved, and exploited in other foreign countries must make their grievances to their originating countries on their own as well. I am recommending this, because of Karl Marx's predictions that came true. Marx predicted that the proletariat in Europe would never revolt against the bourgeoisie unless the natives in foreign countries rebelled against European imperialism, causing economic and political pressure for the European proletariat to revolt against the European bourgeoisie. If Black Americans separate our experience from the Black Diaspora, we will put pressure on Blacks from the Caribbean and Latin America to make their grievances for slavery and genocide against their respective oppressive countries of origin outside of the U.S. The U.S. cannot pay for the enslavement of voluntary black immigrants.
