• Description: The goal of this group is to learn from history (good, bad, ugly) so that we can apply the wisdom lessons to our everyday lives. By sharing original source materials that uncover little-known facts about black historical events and people. Black History we need to Know and Study, you agree to learn, study, examine, and research Black history based on historical documentation to support your topics. Understanding that we learn what we might not have been taught in traditional schools and universities; which includes but is not limited to accent black history, religion, archaeology, Egyptology, cryptology, science, and more. Black History Facts is "truth-centric (fact based)" group which impacts our belief system for our generation. "se wo were fi na wosan kofa a yennki" (translation below) "There is nothing wrong with going back to fetch what one has forgotten." -- Ashanti saying new history because it challenges them to think outside the box. This group is about our history including but not limited to politics, region, and current events. What makes this group different from some other black groups on facebook is that we will not be hypocrites. In other words, the information post on this group will consist of facts and just because those facts may cause an apoplectic feeling among some members the fact remains that it is still a fact until proven otherwise. All members are to be respected even though you may not agree with their topic. However, there is nothing wrong with intelligent disagreements. The rules are simple: No foul language. The post will be deleted that are porn in nature. The religious posts are open for debate with respect. In other words, you can't tell people they are going to burn in hell simply because you disagree. No duplicate post. No, music. That's pretty much it. Some subjects will be outside the box, like religion, politics, relationships, history and so forth. There is no reason that a member can't bring other facts to the table for others to explore if they don't agree.
