SMOOTHIES, SMOOTHIES, SMOOTHIES! I love smoothies. These 3 are my personal favorites. 1st smoothie I call my "GO GREEN SMOOTHIE"- 3 dif baby greens, mint leaves, fresh ginger, green apple, pineapple, kiwi and brewed green tea. 2nd smoothie " ISLAND VACATION SMOOTHIE" - mango, peaches, oranges, pineapples, bananas,carrots (cooked) and almond milk (no sugar added) or you can use coconut milk. 3rd smoothie "BERRY BLAST BERRYLICIOUS SMOOTHIE" - blueberries, strawberries, raspberries, blackberries, cherries, bananas, red beets (cooked) and almond milk.
All the smoothies have Greek yogurt and 100% pure organic maple syrup for taste. Very delicious, really healthy and makes you feel good inside.
