Its the power base, all the Pan Africanists from Garvey to Nkurumah, Sankara all the way to Gaddafi knew this, and were killed for it.
Africa is the systems Achilles heel.

The African Free Trade Zone "Cairo to Capetown" agreement is another testament to the path that Africa is carving towards its emancipation as is the creation of the African federations financial institutions;
The African Investment Bank, The African Monetary Fund and The African Central Bank which would have made significant steps to stop the IMF amd World banks extortion of the continent and Frances monopoly of the CFA countries economies.
