1870 BLACKS were still being killed outright! The 15th didn't enforce rights to vote tho! Jim Crow laws still were enforced and until 1965 voting by BLACKS were not done in masses!

This system does not work for US because it was not invented to be for US in any way, shape or form! 1787 the founders of this regime declared that a BLACK PERSON was equal to 3/5 of a white. Now I need YOU to really wrap YOUR head around a fact hidden in plain sight.
If they said YOU were less than a white person in 1787, by their laws, and YOU were supposedly given the right to vote in 1870 and this right was guaranteed in 1965 by the voting rights act, once again their laws...

The 14th amendment is a "civil" right law, not a human right law! That 3/5 shit deals with the humanity of a PERSON!
