IMO, this is the foundation of rebuilding us as a people. Individually, you have to look within and find harmony and balance there....then, work on the family structure. After that, your community. All this must take place before any type of economic, political, entrepreneurial goals can be obtained. I may not be as "enlightened" as some of my HTN fam but I have my own convictions on which I stand by (which we can intelligently speak upon without fear of judgment of being called "asleep" or one of the "85%ers" or just flat out "wrong"
We are all grown and can converse without the division. They want us to be divided...they want us ignorant...they want us destroyed. You see my posts here, I try to supply content of uplifting accomplishments of the ones who paved the way for us to have this platform. The ones who went through the plight of having ones voice heard within the ocean of racism...some paid the ultimate price. We are still paying that price for the liberties (the few that we actually have) that affords us the freedom of speech and the right to believe in whatever we choose to believe in. We are not all going to agree and I am not naïve to think that we will agree on everything but we must pull together. I saw a post the other day about there being "no such thing as a conscious Christian." I agree but I can have my belief system and still be conscious about the plight of my people...in the end, whether you believe in a Higher Essence or you believe otherwise, respect the choice that an individual has without ridicule or condemnation and let's rise as a people. Kings and Queens no matter what this game of life deals you.
