What You Ate Is What You Are
Therefore,
Knowingly become what you eat:
Digesting animals is not complete
Until they in you accomplish the feat
Of actually invading and becoming you!
Look at all those animals in you!
Maybe its really their desires that you do!
A vast achievement, you understand,
For animals to walk and talk like a human-
Even to be politely mistaken for a Man!
A beast of a man demanding respect
In the savage manner that animals do-
It's what they do, running wild in you-
Bone, brain, heart and sinew!
Respect, respect, but don't expect
A truly human spiritual point of view!
Like most animals all they do
Is chew and chew and chew!
Howl at the moon and do the do!
They eEnforce through you, their animal law,
Force and violence, tooth and claw,
Losers die, and winners take all!
The moral degree to be attained here,
So you might see, comprehending without fear:
Respect those animals whom you ingested!
For now by them you're being tested
To see if you can respectfully look upon
Yourself- in a mirror without disgust, and detect,
Animalisms once detested, that you now reflect!
Those whom you have sumptuously supped upon
These live-in animals are now the major part of you!
Carefully look in the mirror,
You'll see them there, clearer and clearer
As you grow nearer and nearer
To them, becoming what they are!
If you eat what you can respect
Then you know you'll pass the test
Of self respect, and can naturally expect
To become more what it means to be human,
Which is to say- beginning to reflect
Your true godly image that you, yourself, perfect!
What you ate is what you are!
