PSA: There are some people who will never heed to wisdom even when it is beneficial for them. Many arrogantly hold on to their current mindsets, because to make a mental or spiritual transition means they have to humble themselves. They must remain, at least in their mind an "unmovable" object in their belief.
They use terms like "strong in my convictions" or "I'm principled." But aren't strong convictions and principles grounded in a elevated sense of essential standards and wisdom? In a world where everyone wants their voice to be heard the one voice that is silenced is the word of the wise.
"Know well what leads you forward and what holds you back, and choose the path that leads to wisdom." -Buddah
